1. Target Market We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not support international shipping.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time We strive to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.

  • Handling Time: 0 to 1 Business Day (Monday – Friday)

Order Processing Rules:

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) on a business day will be processed and prepared for shipment on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT), or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Transit Time We use reliable, premium carriers to ensure your tech products arrive safely.

  • Transit Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Our transparent shipping tiers are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: £10.00 Flat Rate (For all orders under £100.00)
  • Free Premium Shipping: £0.00 (For all orders of £100.00 or more) All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and there are no hidden fees.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Handling Time (0-1 Day) + Transit Time (1-3 Days) = 1 to 4 Business Days in total.

4. Order Tracking & Confirmations Transparency is key to our customer service.

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase details.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a second email containing your carrier tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update with your parcel’s live status.

5. Incorrect Address & Modifications It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

  • If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately at support@techandvapesolution.co.uk before our 5:00 PM cut-off time.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address or redirect the package. Tech And Vape Solution Ltd will not be held responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages While we partner with top-tier logistics companies, unforeseen circumstances can occur.

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your product arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the item, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking link shows no updates for more than 5 business days past the estimated delivery date, please reach out to our support team so we can open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
