Q. What are your shipping timeframes? A. We process all orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) within 0 to 1 business day. Once dispatched, transit time takes between 1 to 3 business days. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 4 business days.
Q. How much does shipping cost? A. We offer a flat shipping rate of £10.00 for all orders under £100.00. If your order totals £100.00 or more, you automatically qualify for Free Premium Shipping.
Q. Do you ship internationally? A. Currently, we exclusively ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Q. How can I track my order? A. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your package’s live status.
Q. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? A. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately at support@techandvapesolution.co.uk before our 5:00 PM (GMT) cut-off time. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to change the destination address.

Q. What is your return policy? A. We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original, unopened packaging and unused condition.
Q. Who pays for return shipping? A. If the product arrives defective or if we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you are returning the item due to a change of mind (buyer’s remorse), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Q. When will I receive my refund? A. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund immediately. The funds will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
